Lest we forget.

This was the first year that I didn't see people standing on street corners holding boxes of poppies. No one came by my work to drop off a few boxes for our clients. And then I heard on the radio that this year the Canadian Vets raised the least amount of funds because there are less and less of them that can actually go out to collect funds.

The only way that they can get the poppies out there is if regular citizens volunteer to help them out.

Next year this is something I will looking into doing.
