And while I've never been to the Eastern Hemisphere I couldn't agree more.
Whenever I see pictures of people living in Europe or Asia everything about them seems so much more vibrant. They just seem so much more alive than we do and it shows in everything they do from the clothes they wear to the way they eat, the way they talk; to the way they live their lives. Everything screams “I AM ALIVE, I AM BEAUTIFUL, AND I LOVE IT!!”
Here in North America we wear dark clothes, watch what food we eat, work insane hours, and don’t show our emotions very much.
And so when I go to this website I love seeing all the bright beautiful clothes that I would never in a million years wear.
For instance:

Love this outfit but it’s a bit too loud for me. I couldn’t even just wear the tights.
I’m a bit more into this:

I really love how casual this look is. And I especially love her hair. I always go to my stylist with this type of haircut in mind. And then Eric always reminds me that I have a lot of hair so I’m limited. Bah!
But I really have a crush on this outfit:

I have trying to intentionally dress my age. Now that I’m almost 35 I’d like to look it. People always think that I’m about 8 years younger than I really am, and while that no longer bothers me, I want to know that I look younger because of my genes and not because of how I dress; or even worse because of how I act.
Also Scott Schuman (the man behind the lens @ The Sartorialist) has a new book out and I think I may just pick it up. I have a thing for eye candy.
